In this workshop, we guide attendees through the customer feedback conversation. We review and practice open-ended questions that are designed to uncover deeper insights about the customer - their preferences, their feelings, and/or their overall satisfaction (or disappointment) with the product/service and company.
Plus, we review how to use the information gained from these conversations to guide next-level sales and marketing activities.
