About the Workshop:
The Value Pyramid Workshop was created out of research findings reported in Harvard Business Review's article and corresponding infographics entitled The Elements of Value and The B2B Elements of Value.
This interactive workshop helps salespeople understand their prospects more deeply. It is used to identify not just the base need that can be served by your company's solution, but how that solution could meet a more important personalized need that ultimately helps secure the sale.
When we understand and meet needs that are beyond a customer's base level business requirement, there is a much stronger perception of the value of the offering. The customer feels a deeper attachment to the solution, and as a result, we have a deeper relationship with that customer.
The result is not just a sale, but customer loyalty and (ideally) positive testimonials and future referrals.
